Q: Custom Bows
I need a bow for a special occasion and I can't find what I'm looking for. Do you make custom bows?

We sure do! If you can dream it, we will do everything we can to make it for you! Just email us at michelle@graciebellebows.com and we can get started!

What type of ribbon do you use to make your bows?
A:
Most of our bows are made with grosgrain ribbon that is made in the USA. We also use satin, velvet and organza ribbon.
Q: Returns/Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
A:
Due to the nature of our business, your bows aren't made until you order them. For that reason, we do not accept returns. We do offer exchanges. In order to exchange a bow for any reason, FIRST contact us at michelle@graciebellebows.com to receive an exchange confirmation number. Then simply return the bows you want to exchange to us in the ORIGINAL box and packaging. We will not accept exchanges without the confirmation number OR exchanges mailed to us in something other than the ORIGINAL box.
Exchanges are only accepted within 7 days after your bows have shipped.
Q: Clips
My daughter has very fine hair. What type of clip do you suggest?
A:
The best clip for fine hair is the covered pinch clip, which is lined to help the clip stay in fine hair. The pinch clip with a grip is also an excellent choice!

What forms of payment do you accept?
A:
We want to make your shopping experience with us an easy one! We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as Paypal, personal checks and money orders! Please note that orders do not ship until payment is received and there is a seven day waiting period on all personal checks before shipment.

How secure is your site?

Ordering with your credit/debit card is extremely secure. We use authorize.net to accept visa, mastercard and american express. This way your credit card information is never stored on our site. Authorize.net uses the most advanced technology to insure that your information is kept secure.
Q: Faster Shipping
I need my order quickly! Can I request faster shipping?
A:
Absolutely! Just be sure to contact us at michelle@graciebellebows.com as soon as possible to let us know when you need your order. Express shipping is available at an additional cost.
