How much is first class shipping if my order isn't over $8?
A:
It is $2.25 for first class shipping on orders under $8.00

When can I expect my bows to ship?
A:
Most orders ship within 3 business days, but it can take up to 15 if we are in a busy season. Our business days are Monday-Friday. If you need your bows sooner, please choose PRIORITY mail at checkout.
Q: International Shipping
Do you ship overseas?
A:
No. We only ship to the USA, Canada and APO addresses.
Q: Custom Bows
I need a bow for a special occasion and I can't find what I'm looking for. Do you make custom bows?
A:
We sure do! If you can dream it, we will do everything we can to make it for you! Just email us at michelle@graciebellebows.com and we can get started!
Q: Quality
What type of ribbon do you use to make your bows?
A:
Most of our bows are made with grosgrain ribbon that is made in the USA. We also use satin, velvet and organza ribbon.
Q: Returns/Exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A:
No. Due to the nature of our business, your bows aren't made until you order them. For that reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Q: Clips
My daughter has very fine hair. What type of clip do you suggest?
A:
The best clip for fine hair is the covered pinch clip, which is lined to help the clip stay in fine hair. The pinch clip with a grip is also an excellent choice!
Q: Payment
What forms of payment do you accept?
A:
We want to make your shopping experience with us an easy one! We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as Paypal, personal checks and money orders! Please note that orders do not ship until payment is received and there is a seven day waiting period on all personal checks before shipment.

How secure is your site?

Ordering with your credit/debit card is extremely secure. We use authorize.net to accept visa, mastercard and american express. This way your credit card information is never stored on our site. Authorize.net uses the most advanced technology to insure that your information is kept secure.

I need my order quickly! Can I request faster shipping?

Absolutely! Now you can choose between first class shipping or priority shipping at checkout. Express shipping is available at an additional cost. Email us for more information.
